The flesh of the root is colored an intense burgundy and lacks distinct zoning. The plant has strong foliage and demonstrates relative resistance to bolting.
The variety is suitable for obtaining an early harvest and harvesting during the main period, and with late sowing dates, the fruits are suitable for long-term storage. The harvest can be used for making juices, salads, pickling, and other types of culinary processing.
