The root crops have a round shape, smooth skin, and dark red burgundy flesh. The flesh is characterized by juiciness; zoning is weakly expressed or absent.
The variety type is mid-early or mid-season and possesses relative resistance to bolting. The intended use of the roots is universal: they are suitable for fresh consumption, culinary processing, canning, and long-term winter storage.
