Variety description

The plant is an annual form adapted to the Mediterranean climate. The variety is characterized by early maturity and increased seed productivity compared to wild forms of the species.
The primary purpose of the variety is to create vegetative cover in olive groves, vineyards, and nut orchards to prevent soil erosion. Early autumn sowing is recommended with a seeding rate of 20–25 kg/ha.
The variety demonstrates tolerance to regional climatic conditions with limited precipitation. Initial plant establishment is slow, however, the variety is fully adapted for performing soil protection functions.
