The variety forms root crops suitable for human consumption and for use as livestock feed. By morphological characteristics, it belongs to the type with a purple upper part of the root.

It is recommended to plant seeds at a depth of 1–2 cm with a spacing of 40 x 30 cm, either by transplanting or direct seeding into the ground in the period from late April to early June. The crop prefers soils well-fertilized with humus and a sunny or semi-shaded location. Harvesting is carried out in October — November.
