Brazzil is a winter population variety intended for use as a fodder crop and for harvesting seeds. The variety is characterized as late-maturing and is recommended for early sowing in regions with very high rainfall.
During its time on the market, the variety had a blackleg (Leptosphaeria maculans) resistance rating of R-MR, which corresponds to the BC resistance group. The variety was not tested within the Australian national variety trial program, therefore data on its morphological parameters and chemical composition are unavailable.
