Achilles is a winter oilseed rape hybrid characterized by high resistance to phoma stem canker due to the presence of the RlmS gene, and to turnip yellows virus. The plant is noted for its good winter hardiness and ability to successfully withstand climatic stresses.
The hybrid is suitable for cultivation in crop rotations with a high proportion of cruciferous crops and demonstrates efficiency in nitrogen uptake. During variety trials, the variety showed yield levels higher than those of the control samples.
