The variety belongs to the Brassica napus var. napus crop and is used primarily in scientific research to study genetic diversity and evaluate the self-incompatibility of genotypes. In a number of variety trial reports in the Czech Republic, the variety served as a standard for comparing the yield of new breeding lines.
The plant has brown seeds. A study of the nectar composition showed that it is dominated by glucose and fructose with the absence of sucrose, which is typical for the rapeseed crop.
