Variety description

The variety is characterized by a vegetation period of 10–12 weeks, which allows it to be used for early grazing. The plant has the ability to regrow well after being grazed by livestock and is resistant to aphid infestation.

Due to late flowering, the variety maintains feed quality for longer, preventing premature transition to the bolting stage. Greenland is a tall variety and is widely used in dairy and beef cattle farming, as well as in sheep farming.
