The variety is a spring rapeseed developed in Denmark by the Danish Plant Breeding institute. In the Nordic Genetic Resource Center databases, it is listed as an improved cultivar under the number NGB 13606.

In the late 1990s, the variety was used as a pollinator in the creation of hybrid compositions. Detailed modern agronomic characteristics of the plant are absent in available sources.
