The Everest F1 hybrid belongs to late-maturing varieties with a vegetation period of about 80 days. The plants reach large sizes, forming dome-shaped heads up to 15 cm in diameter. The inflorescences are characterized by a fine bead structure, with beads tightly adhering to each other, and have a deep blue-green color.

The produce is distinguished by a crunchy texture, pronounced taste, and concentrated head maturation. The variety is suitable for fresh consumption and for freezing. The plants possess high resistance to downy mildew and moderate resistance to brown spot and head rot.
