Variety description

10 August 2026

The Hardoro F1 hybrid possesses a faster initial growth phase compared to standard varieties, which allows seedlings to cover the soil more quickly. The plant forms sturdy outer leaves, which reduces the risk of pest damage, however, when grown as an autumn crop, the heads may not be positioned deeply enough on the plant.

Key agronomic characteristics include uniform seed germination and homogeneity of head ripening, which simplifies the mechanized harvesting process. The variety is suitable for long-term storage, demonstrates good disease resistance and a reduced tendency for head cracking.
