The variety belongs to the winter savoy cabbage group and was previously known as Bonner Advent. It is currently included in the lists of endangered local agricultural crops conserved in Germany.
The plant is intended for harvest in the period from March to May. The variety possesses the leaf blister structure characteristic of the species and the winter hardiness typical for this group, which allows it to withstand temperatures down to -12°C.
