The variety forms a large rosette with semi-erect leaves and a round head. The leaves have a grey-green or emerald-green shade and medium waxy bloom. In terms of taste, the leaves are more tender and sweeter than those of white cabbage.
The plant possesses resistance to cold weather, drought, and head cracking. Storage of the harvest is permitted at temperatures from -1 to -3 °C. In addition to culinary use, the variety is used for ornamental purposes due to the appearance of its leaves.
