The plant is vigorous. The stem tubers have a purple color, with firm, succulent, and tender white flesh inside, free of fibrousness.
The hybrid is resistant to woody tissue formation, cracking, overgrowth, and bolting, which allows for gradual harvesting. Intended for open field cultivation, suitable for spring and autumn growing, fresh market sale, processing, freezing, and short-term storage.
