Kohlrabi «Kossak F1» is a late-maturing hybrid with a period from emergence to technical maturity of 110–120 days, intended for autumn cultivation. The plant forms a semi-erect rosette of large dark green leaves.
The stem is characterized by an ellipsoid or spherical shape with a flat top and greenish-yellow color. It can reach a diameter of 20 cm and a weight of 400 g to 3 kg. The white flesh remains juicy and tender even when reaching large sizes, without becoming fibrous.
The hybrid possesses resistance to bolting and is capable of tolerating brief frosts. The produce is characterized by high yield and versatility of use.
