The variety forms rounded light green stems weighing 200–300 g. The plant has an upright habit with intense green leaves. The white pulp has a delicate texture and retains juiciness for a long time without becoming woody.
The plant is resistant to bolting and cold hardy, making it suitable for early plantings. Suitable for cultivation in protected and open ground with a spacing between plants of 20–30 cm. Intended for fresh consumption and freezing.
