The variety is intended for cultivation in the open field with transplanting in July-August and harvesting in September-October. The stems have a flat-round shape and reach 15–20 cm in diameter. The plant has high cold tolerance and is able to withstand frosts down to -6...-8 °C.
The variety is resistant to flesh lignification and is suitable for long-term storage until the end of February. In agronomic practice, regular irrigation is critical for the formation of a high-quality crop. The recommended planting scheme varies from 50x30 cm to 40x20 cm.
