The variety is late-maturing, with a period from sowing to technical maturity of 60–90 days. The plant reaches a height of 30–40 cm. A distinctive feature is high resistance to bolting and light frosts, allowing the growing season to be extended until late autumn.
The stem tubers reach a weight of 3–5 kg, and under favorable conditions, up to 8–10 kg. The flesh remains tender, buttery, and fiberless, with a mild nutty flavor. The variety possesses excellent keeping quality, maintaining its condition until March under proper storage.
Cultivation requires open field conditions, fertile soil, regular watering, and a loose planting pattern (from 45x45 cm to 60x40 cm). The produce is suitable for fresh consumption, stewing, frying, and other types of culinary processing.
