The variety is late-maturing, the period from germination to technical maturity is 117–148 days. The leaf rosette is semi-spreading, raised, with a diameter of 70–80 cm. The leaves are grey-green, with a strong waxy bloom.
The head is very dense, round-flat in shape, with a weight of 2.5 to 4 kg. The height of the outer stump is 14–28 cm, the inner one is 16–20 cm. The variety is resistant to head splitting, while characterized by low resistance to Fusarium wilt, black rot, grey mold, and pepper spot.
The cabbage has high keeping quality and transportability. At the time of harvest, the leaves have a coarse texture and bitterness, which disappear during storage. The variety is distinguished by increased cold hardiness but has low heat tolerance. Suitable for fresh consumption after storage and for sauerkraut production.
The variety is listed in the national registry — its seeds are authorized for sale in this country.
