The variety is mid-season with a ripening period of about 90 days. The plant is characterized by vigorous growth and forms very dense, highly rounded heads with a short internal core. The weight of one head is 1.5–2 kg, leaves have fine ribbing.
The variety is intended for fresh consumption, shredding, and medium-term storage. It is an open-pollinated variety developed specifically for the needs of organic and biodynamic farming.
