The plant is vigorous, forming a large external leaf rosette with a pronounced waxy bloom. The heads have a broad round shape and are characterized by high density and uniform internal structure. The leaf is denser and harder compared to the «Holsteiner Platter» variety.
The variety possesses a sweet-mild taste and is suitable for juice production. The heads are characterized by good keeping quality when stored under refrigerated conditions. It is a biodynamically bred variety, not belonging to F1 hybrids.
