The variety forms round heads with a grayish-green hue, caused by a pronounced waxy coating, and a dense internal leaf structure. The leaves have slight puckering. The yield of the variety can reach 800 c/ha, which is slightly lower than the figures for late-maturing varieties.
The plant is characterized by resistance to cracking and late bolting. The main purpose is the production of early sauerkraut and use in salads due to its mild taste.
