The variety forms pointed heads approximately 20 cm in height and 12–15 cm in width. The foliage of the plant is green-white in color, the leaf surface is smooth.
This variety is a public domain variety and is historically recommended for cultivation in the regions of southwestern France. Since the variety is not an F1 hybrid, the head characteristics may exhibit less uniformity compared to modern forms.
