Research on product quality shows that the total dietary fiber content and the proportion of soluble fiber in this variety are similar to those of some late-maturing varieties; however, the fiber composition differs by a lower arabinose content. The variety was used in experiments studying the effect of harvest time and storage on the nutritional composition of cabbage.
