The variety is a traditional population that has developed through many years of folk breeding. The growing period ranges from 115 to 150 days from the moment of transplanting. The plant possesses good adaptability and the ability to withstand frosts down to -6°C.
The heads have a dense structure, a weight of 1 to 3 kg, and a flat-round shape. The olive-green leaves are thin and elastic, with weak to moderate veining. The internal core (stem) is relatively long.
The primary agricultural purpose of the variety is processing, in particular the production of sauerkraut, for which the variety has optimal fermentation indicators. The produce is also suitable for fresh consumption.
