Variety description

The variety is early-maturing, with a growing period of 50–60 days. The root crop has a round shape, slightly tapering towards the bottom; the surface is white with a reddish-purple top protruding above the soil. The flesh is white, tender, with a fine-grained texture. The optimal root crop diameter is 7.5–10 cm.

The plant forms large lobed leaves suitable for consumption fresh or cooked. The variety is cold-hardy and high-yielding. The root crops are suitable for fresh consumption and cooking, as well as for storage, canning, and freezing.
