The plant forms barrel-shaped or oblong heads about 30 cm in height. The leaves are light green with wide white petioles and central veins. The inner part of the head is characterized by a cream color and a tender texture.
The variety is intended for late summer and autumn harvest and immediate consumption. For cultivation, humus-rich, nutrient-dense, permeable and well-warmed soils with a planting pattern of 30 by 20 cm are optimal. The crop requires regular watering to prevent stress.
