Variety description

BotEx 001 is a compact, rounded, and well-branched shrub. At maturity, the plant reaches a height of about 80 cm, although depending on growing conditions and pruning, it can grow up to 1–1.5 m. The foliage has a characteristic silvery-gray hue.
The flowers are collected in dense paniculate inflorescences of dark purple color and possess a honey aroma. The variety begins to bloom from June. To maintain a compact shape and abundant flowering on the current year's shoots, it is recommended to perform strong spring pruning.
The plant prefers sunny areas and well-drained fertile soils. Due to its size, the variety is optimal for planting in pots and containers, as well as for creating small hedges and borders.
