The plant forms a dense shrub of a rounded hemispherical shape with grayish-green leaves. The flowers are gathered in large inflorescences of a lilac shade, possessing a light aroma.
The variety is characterized by an early start of flowering, which continues continuously until the onset of autumn. The plant requires a sunny location, well-drained soil, and annual spring pruning, as it flowers on current-year shoots. The winter hardiness of the variety is estimated down to -18 °C.
