The variety is non-narcotic, with a THC content consistently ranging from 0.06–0.08%. The plant is distinguished by an increased content of non-psychotropic cannabidiol, which varies from 1.0% to 2.2% in 75% of the population.

The seeds of the variety have high oil content, reaching 30%. The plant stems are suitable for the production of fiber, paper, and building materials, as well as for energy purposes in the manufacture of pellets and briquettes. The variety is characterized by high adaptability to various growing conditions.
