The variety is a vegetatively propagated clone and does not belong to traditional agricultural cannabis varieties. Its genetic basis is derived from the Skunk No. 1 variety. The development of the variety was aimed at obtaining high-quality pharmaceutical raw material containing cannabinoids, which was subsequently used for the creation of medical preparations.

Within the framework of official tests for distinctness, uniformity, and stability, the variety is evaluated based on traits such as flowering type (hermaphroditism) and specific chemical composition. The variety is not intended for cultivation on an industrial scale as a fiber or seed crop.
