The variety belongs to the Piquillo group and is specialized for use in industrial canning and freezing. The plant possesses high growth vigor and good ability for foliage formation.

The fruits have the characteristic shape for the type with two facets. The variety is productive and demonstrates high-quality fruit setting. In agronomic trials, it was grown using rootstocks to ensure resistance to Meloidogyne sp. and Phytophthora sp.
