The Russian variety "Аристократ" is early-maturing, entering the fruiting stage in 100–110 days. The plant is medium-tall, 50–70 cm in height, and compact. Fruits are conical in shape, with a weight of 105–125 g and a wall thickness of 5–6 mm. The fruit color changes from dark green at technical maturity to dark red at biological maturity. It is intended for open field and film shelters.
The foreign variety "Aristocrat" is a blocky sweet pepper. The fruits are large, cuboid, usually four-chambered, with thick walls. The plants have good foliage and adaptability. The variety is characterized by resistance to bacterial spot and is intended for sale on the fresh market.
