The variety belongs to the apple pepper group (almapaprika). The plant is of an indeterminate type, forming a vigorous bush that requires support due to high yield. The ripening period from seedling transplanting is 65–80 days. The crop is suitable for cultivation both in the open field and in plastic greenhouses.

The fruits have a flattened-round, slightly ribbed shape and a drooping position on the bush. At technical maturity, they are light yellow, almost white, turning red upon full ripening. Fruit weight is 55–85 g. The flesh is thick, crunchy, and juicy, containing no pungency. The variety shows good stress tolerance; resistance to cucumber mosaic virus has been noted.

Due to the shape and dense structure of the flesh, the variety is considered universal, but is most in demand for canning and pickling, particularly for stuffing with cabbage. The fruits are also suitable for fresh consumption, culinary processing, and freezing.
