Fruits of this variety have a diameter of about 4.52 cm and a pericarp wall thickness of about 3.58 mm. The variety is traditionally valued for its suitability for roasting and ease of peeling, while being often used as a reference standard in breeding work.
The plant is adapted to conditions with low air humidity and high temperatures, demonstrating good fruit set. The variety possesses field resistance to verticillium wilt caused by Verticillium dahliae.
