The hybrid is used as a rootstock, ensuring high vigor of the scion part and crop stability. It is characterized by high affinity, ease of rooting, and develops a powerful root system, which increases resistance to soil-borne pathogens.
The plant possesses high resistance to Tobacco mosaic virus (Tm:0-2) and intermediate resistance to Tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV:0), nematodes (Ma/Mi/Mj), and a number of other pathogens, including Pl, Pc, PVY: 0-2. Morphological traits of the fruits are not provided, as the hybrid is intended exclusively for rootstock use.
