The bushy-type plant reaches a height of 45–90 cm. The fruits are cone-shaped, 10–13 cm long, and have thin skin. The fruit maturity period is 60–80 days after transplanting.
The variety is noted for its high productivity. The fruits are usually harvested at the technical maturity stage while green for frying whole. Upon full maturity, they turn dark red and become sweeter, which allows them to be used in salads, sauces, and pickling.
