The plant reaches a height of 50 to 100 cm. The fruits have an elongated 'goat's horn' shape, their length is 5–10 cm, and the diameter is 3–5 cm. At biological maturity, the fruits turn red.
The taste of the fruits is characterized as fruity with a pungency of about 1000 Scoville heat units. The variety is suitable for cultivation in open field and under plastic covers. Sowing in European conditions is recommended from February to April.
The variety is used in the cuisine of Maghreb countries for making harissa, marinades, meat and vegetable dishes. It is consumed fresh, dried, or in powder form.
