The plant is an annual herbaceous, bushy, spreading type, with a height of 40 to 80 cm. The variety belongs to early or mid-season maturity groups with a growing period of 110 to 140 days. Yield in film greenhouses is 6.4–6.8 kg/sq.m.
Fruits have a triangular, conical shape of the "bird's beak" type with a curved tip, 8–12 cm long and 4–6 cm in diameter. The average weight of one fruit is 35–50 g. At biological maturity, the pepper acquires a bright red color, possesses thin walls (3–6 mm) and juicy flesh.
Flavor qualities are defined as sweet, sometimes with mild or spicy notes (500–1000 SHU). Fruits are traditionally used for roasting over a fire, subsequent peeling and canning, as well as for stuffing and preparing appetizers.
