Variety description

10 August 2026

The plant is mid-season, characterized by high productivity and a strong branching habit. In temperate climates, sowing for seedlings is carried out from February to April, and the harvest period falls between July and October.

The fruits have a straight, bullet-like shape and reach a length of 5–7 cm. At the stage of technical maturity, the pods are dark green in color, which changes to bright red upon full ripening. Flavor qualities are characterized by freshness and pronounced pungency.

The variety type is considered hardy and versatile in use. The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption, pickling, preparing hot sauces, as well as traditional Mexican dishes such as salsa and guacamole.
