The sweet pepper variety was bred in Czechoslovakia and found wide application in breeding programs as a parental component for the creation of hybrids. In agronomic publications of the 1980s, it is mentioned as genetic material for scientific experiments, in particular for research on androgenesis in vitro.
The variety possesses high combining ability and an increased content of vitamin C. To date, detailed agrotechnical characteristics of the variety for practical application are absent, as it is mainly maintained in collections of plant genetic resources and gene banks.
