The plant has a vertical habit and dense foliage that protects the fruits from the sun. The root system is well-developed, which contributes to balanced growth. The kapia-type fruits have a smooth surface, 2–3 chambers, reach 20–25 cm in length and 6–7 cm in width, and are distinguished by firm flesh.
The hybrid is suitable for obtaining an early harvest and is adapted for cultivation in open field and greenhouses. It is intended for fresh consumption and commercial processing, such as roasting or frying.
Vitalica F1 possesses resistance to Tobacco mosaic virus (races 0–2), Tomato spotted wilt virus, Potato virus Y (races 0, 1), and Bacterial spot (races 1–3). The hybrid also displays good tolerance to stress conditions.
