The plant reaches a height of 60–90 cm, sometimes up to 1.25 m. Ovoid leaves with serrated margins retain their golden hue throughout the hot summer period. Fragrant flowers are gathered in inflorescences and bloom profusely from August to October.
The variety is undemanding and deer-resistant. The root system withstands USDA hardiness zones 5–6, while in cold winters the aerial part may die back, subsequently regrowing from the roots in spring. The crop is used as a honey plant and is suitable for cutting.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
