The plant is a bushy shrub of rounded shape with small glossy oval leaves of dark green color. Flowering is accompanied by the appearance of remarkable dark blue flowers gathered in inflorescences. The main flowering period is May–June.

The variety is intended for landscape design, including use in hedges, borders, or container cultivation. The plant requires planting in warm, sunny, and wind-sheltered areas with well-drained soil. The shrub is characterized by drought tolerance and requires minimal maintenance after rooting.
