The plant belongs to the Korean chrysanthemum group and is a perennial semi-spherical bush 50–70 cm in height with deep green dissected foliage. The shoots are upright and branched.

The inflorescences are of an anemone shape with a diameter of 4–6 cm, consisting of one or two rows of flat petals and a lush protruding center. Flowering begins in August or September and continues until the onset of frost.

The variety is winter-hardy, corresponding to USDA zones 4–5, however, it is sensitive to water stagnation and requires drainage. It is used for decorating flower beds, borders, and edgings, is grown in containers, and is suitable for cutting.
