The variety belongs to the small kabuli type. Plant height in field trials is 33–38 cm. Protein content in seeds varies from 19–20%.

The variety demonstrates resistance to the pathogen Ascochyta rabiei and to race 5 of fusarium wilt (Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. ciceris).
