The variety belongs to the frisée group and is characterized by a finely cut, scalloped leaf shape and a medium grayish-green shade. It is a robust variety with very rapid development during the growth process.

The plant is resistant to bolting and to the physiological disorder known as tip burn (Kranzfäule). The variety is suitable for cultivation throughout the entire season and is intended for both the fresh market and industrial processing.
