The plant has an upright habit and forms a significant volume of both external and internal medium green leaves. The variety shows good keeping quality when grown in open field conditions.

The variety has pronounced resistance to bolting and tip burn. Used as a salad vegetable, it is a typical variety for the Campania region of Italy and is suitable for protected cultivation.
