Variety description

The variety forms a voluminous and dense rosette of leaves, which are characterized by a highly dissected, curly shape and a color ranging from light to dark green. A distinctive feature is the ability to form a tender cream-white heart, for which it is recommended to carry out a blanching procedure by tying the rosette 1–2 weeks before harvest.

The period from emergence to technical maturity is about 55 days. The leaves have a crunchy texture and moderate bitterness, which can intensify under moisture deficit or excessive heat. The variety is suitable for cultivation in the open field in spring and autumn, as well as under plastic covers, demonstrating a relatively low tendency to bolt.
