Variety description

The plant forms a large rosette 20–30 cm in height and 30–40 cm in width with deeply cut dark green leaves with narrow ribs. The heart is well-filled, self-blanching, and acquires a yellowish or golden hue. The taste is spicy with a slight bitterness.

The variety is intended for autumn cultivation in the open field, characterized by high resistance to wet weather conditions, early frosts, and marginal leaf scorch. Suitable for fresh consumption, braising, and baby leaf production.
